1. Original Work Requirement

• All submissions must be original works created by the participant.
• Submissions must not include elements copied from or heavily inspired by pre-existing designs, stock images, or other copyrighted material.

2. No AI-Generated Submissions

• Designs generated or partially generated using AI tools (e.g., DALL·E, MidJourney, or Stable Diffusion) are not allowed.

3. Proof of Authenticity

• When required, participants agree to provide:
  • Preliminary sketches or drafts (if applicable).
  • A brief explanation of how the design was created (e.g., “drawn by hand, then digitized in Photoshop” or “created in Illustrator”).
  • Layered files (e.g., .PSD, .AI) upon request, demonstrating the design’s development.

4. Copyright and Usage

• By submitting a design, participants confirm that they hold full copyright over the work.
• Participants must sign a release granting the shop full rights to use the winning design for any purpose.

5. Disqualification Clause

• Designs found to be non-original or AI-generated will be disqualified.
• The shop reserves the right to investigate and verify the originality of submissions.

6. Deadline for Submissions

• All designs must be submitted by March 1, 2025
• Late entries will not be considered.

7. Age Requirement

• Must be 18 or older to participate.

8. Entry Fee

• A non-refundable entry fee of $5 will be required for each submission.

9. Submission instructions

• Submissions and entry fees will be collected at the shop. Transfer instructions for digital files will be given upon payment.

Rights and Usage Agreement

1. Ownership and Rights Transfer of Winning Design
   • By submitting a design, participants acknowledge and agree that, if their design is selected as the winning entry, they will transfer all ownership rights, including copyright, to Firing Line Tattoos.
   • The winning participant agrees to sign a separate release or assignment of rights document to formalize the transfer.
2. Usage of Winning Design
   • The winning design will become the official logo of Firing Line Tattoos and may be used in all branding, marketing, merchandise, and promotional materials, both online and offline.
   • Firing Line Tattoos will have exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide rights to modify, reproduce, or distribute the winning design as needed.
3. No Further Compensation
   • The participant whose design is selected as the winner will receive a complimentary tattoo session and/or body piercing voucher worth $300.00, which constitutes full and final compensation for the transfer of rights and use of the design.
   • The winner agrees that no further royalties, payments, or claims can be made against Firing Line Tattoos for the use of the winning design.
4. Non-Winning Designs
   • Participants retain full rights to their designs unless selected as the winner.
   • Firing Line Tattoos will not use non-winning designs for any purpose without the express written consent of the creator.
5. Eligibility and Agreement to Rules
   • By submitting a design, participants agree to abide by these rules and conditions.
   • Submission of a design constitutes agreement to transfer rights upon winning and acknowledgment that these rules are binding.
